An Acne Free Life.

Mike Walden is a former sufferer of acne he had it for 7 years. So he must know what I have been going through! As I read on his credentials were impressive. He is an independent medical researcher, certified nutritionist, natural health consultant and author of dozens of holistic health articles. Which all really impressed me although the, there it was comment I made earlier was because I read he is the author of number 1 best-selling e-book called “Acne no-more open the door to an acne free life”. I then went onto read about his skin care programme. I admit that this man’s web site seemed to have everything I had been looking for.Everyone says if it looks too good to be true then it is, but this time you would be WRONG. This man has helped thousands of people, reading through peoples comment he clearly came across as a very caring genuine and supportive person. I decided to go for it and got “acne no more”.

I Had Come off Roaccutane.

At first was hoping I had done the right thing, I had come off Roaccutane as my side effects were getting worse. Then I decided if anyone was going to help me it would be from someone who knew exactly what they were talking about because they had been through the same experience. Honestly I couldn’t have been happier. The cost is minimal to all that I have paid out over the years. I followed every step, they are easy to follow and you are guided through the steps. There are videos and a fantastic suppot system. I am so happy that I am now free and have had my life changed.Free from acne and living a healthy lifestyle. I can admit I felt skeptical at first but after 4 weeks the proof was infront of me. From that point I had a break through not an outbreak. I think Mike Waldens “acne no more” is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough! Don’t just take my word for it Check him out .Click Here!

My Self-Esteem was Rock Bottom

Now I know a lot of people are on Roaccutane and it has worked for them and that’s great if they are happy with it. But I just continued to be on a downward spiral. I was back home and looking for a job in advertising, my self-esteem was rock bottom feeling totally distressed. Every side effect associated with the antibiotics I had. Everything dried up. My hands itched and cracked so did my lips. My throat was sore and dry. Everything ached and I have never felt so tired. My nose started to bleed, that was horrible, dry crusty blood! On top of this I was very emotional crying over everything and anything. I was very depressed just wanting to crawl into my bed and stay there which I did a lot of the time. This behaviour was not me, I felt I had no choice or control over my life any more. My parents were very worried, to be honest I was worried. My concern that the acne would never disappear was constant then every time I saw myself I had a reminder of the external outbreaks of acne as well as the mood swings and internal disturbances.

I loved the Holistic Approach.

A family friend is a reflexologist and suggested I go to have some treatments. Reflexology brought about a deep relaxation this helped my mental and emotional state. I felt incredibly calm after the sessions and I loved the holistic approach of treating the whole person. It helped my depression and my feeling of helplessness. I loved my reflexology sessions and still make sure I have regular treatments. My reflexologist told me we all have a choice about how to deal with our health challenges. The more I thought about her comment the more I wanted to look at alternative treatments to find a more natural cure for my acne.

Roaccutane also known as Accutane and Isotretinoin.

Fast forward a bit, well 3 years to my first year at university I made lots of new friends going out every night. We were generally having a brilliant time. Just before our end of year exams I noticed my skin was looking red and sore I doubled up on the moisturising cream and make- up and did not pay much attention. Until later that week my acne free face was no more, blackheads and cysts, that, before long looked ready to burst. Not all the cysts were on my face they had started spreading onto my back!

I tried every acne treatment.

When I returned home for the summer I decided I needed to rest and had over done the fun and hard work at university. I knew from my acne before that stress, psychological disturbances and irregular living habits do not help acne. All of those conditions were present while I had been away studying. It turned out to be a good break. Got to relax and managed to earn enough money to go on holiday with friends. My acne on my face and body had flare-ups and calmed down but never went away. Over the next 2 years I think I tried every acne treatment and remedies on the market along with vitamins as well as herbal remedies. I was desperate to find a solution or product to cure me. The internet is such a fantastic source of information and there are a lot of great websites giving various support groups. Also, forums often dedicated to acne, offering advice and tips. Reading as many acne treatment reviews I could find also helped. Unfortunately as time went on I became despairing of this more severe case of acne. I grew my fringe to hide the acne on my forehead I never left home without my make-up for acne sufferers. My doctor sent me to a dermatologist. He told me I had severe acne and prescribed Roaccutane also known as Accutane and Isotretinoin.

My Doctor Prescribed Lymecycline for my Acne….

When I was 16 I had an outbreak of spots, nothing unusual there for an average teenager. At the time I thought it was the end of the world. I became very self conscious and frustrated. The time I wanted to be out meeting boys, I was avoiding going out altogether. I started to spend all my pocket money and any money earned helping in my brother’s restaurant on creams, gels and moisturizers. I was a dream customer, anything claiming to cure or was an acne remedy I bought it. Then I started buying expensive soap treatments, with 3 step systems so lots of cleansing, toning finishing with more cream. Washing my face a lot with soap specifically for acne became a regular daily habit. I didn’t know then that overwashing stimulates the sebaceous gland, creating more sebum which creates more acne.

Spots, Pimples and Blackeads.

Looking back the majority of my friends had spots, pimples and blackeads of some description or other. While my friends and I still carried on buying the latest spot lotions I noticed my pores although a little improved was not looking clear like my friends skin. In fact my skin became sore with reddnes then rashes appeared. At first I had spots then I had lumps then I went to the doctor who said I had acne vulgaris and prescribed an acne antibiotic called Lymecycline. I really hated this acne problem I felt angry I hated looking in the mirror and seeing a new outbreak on my face. The antibiotic improved things and after four months I stopped taking it. This was an acne remedy that worked for me it left my pores clear I truly believed I had got rid of acne for good. I got my confidence back so my teenage acne gone apart from the odd spot on my face my world was no longer about to end or so I thought!
